The 25 Years Celebration Series, and the programs running alongside it, do not happen without people who show up for them.
Across the year, we need volunteers in a range of roles. Whether you can give a few hours at a social event or want to be part of delivering something as big as Rainbow Cup, there is a place for you.
Where we need help
WC26 Community Fan Zone, July Staff our booth at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre across the Finals period. Flexible shifts are available across the week. It is a great way to be part of the World Cup atmosphere without needing match tickets.
25 Years Celebration Night, August Support the event night through registration, guest support, and setup at QT Sydney.
Metro Development Series, September Support session coordination alongside the coaching team. In-water support will also be needed from experienced players.
Play Ready, September In-water support is particularly valuable for this program. If you have water polo coaching or refereeing experience and want to help new players find their feet, this is where you can make a real difference.
Rainbow Cup, October Our biggest volunteer need of the year. Roles include setup and pack-down, registration, scoring and timing, team liaison, spectator management, and day-of coordination. If you can give a full day, this is where it matters most.
25 Years Trivia Night, October Help with setup, MC support, and scoring at Sydney Brewery.
Beach Fours, November Help with setup, registration, scoring, and day-of coordination at Manly Cove.
