This July, the Water Polo World Cup Finals come to Sydney, and Sydney Stingers will be there. We are working alongside Water Polo Australia as a community partner, bringing LGBTQIA+ visibility to an international stage.

Three sessions of structured pool play in September, building toward Rainbow Cup in October. Open to anyone who is comfortable in the water and ready to give competitive water polo a go. No prior water polo experience needed.

A coaching-led development series for Stingers members ready to step up their game. Sessions focus on the skills, fitness, and game sense needed to move toward competitive Metro play.

Australia's annual queer water polo competition comes to Sydney this October. Join us for welcome drinks, Rainbow Cup, and a post-tournament celebration across the weekend.

Stingers Trivia has been part of the club's social calendar almost since the beginning. This year it comes with 25 years of history to draw from. A night for members, friends, alumni, and anyone who wants in.

In 2001, twelve people started a water polo club where LGBTQIA+ people could belong in sport. On 29 August, we celebrate 25 years of what they built and everyone who has been part of the story. Dress code: camp formal.
